These Terms of Service govern your use of carryfizz.com and purchases from CarryFizz, operated by Zodiglow LLC.

Products

CarryFizz currently sells ready-to-purchase bags, bag charms, and related accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display colors, materials, dimensions, photographs, and descriptions accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screens, lighting, production batches, materials, and normal manufacturing variation.

Availability and Pricing

Products may be changed, discontinued, restocked, or removed at any time. Prices may change without notice. We may correct obvious pricing, product, or checkout errors.

Payment and Orders

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be completed. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted for fulfillment. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing errors, or an undeliverable address.

Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@carryfizz.com as soon as possible. We will try to help if the order has not shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Shipping

CarryFizz currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, and South Korea, subject to address eligibility at checkout.

Orders are fulfilled from Hangzhou, China. Processing generally takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Estimated transit time after shipment is generally 7–12 business days; delays may occur with customs, local delivery, or carriers. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. For ordinary returns not caused by our error or a confirmed product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and other information at checkout.

Promotions

Promotions, free shipping offers, discount codes, gifts, or other incentives may have separate eligibility rules, thresholds, exclusions, dates, or availability limits. The terms shown with the promotion control.

Intellectual Property

The CarryFizz name, website content, graphics, logos, product photography, videos, text, layouts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Zodiglow LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission except where allowed by law.

User Content

If you submit a review, image, message, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, advertising, email, logistics, and other functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

CarryFizz and Zodiglow LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to Zodiglow LLC in the United States and the State of Wyoming, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence.
